Coronavirus Update from Wagstaff Law Office
We are still hard at work for you while being committed to following the best practices recommended by the CDC and WHO. We have therefore closed our office building indefinitely while we all work from home. We are still available by phone, email and video conferencing. Admittedly while we work out the kinks it may not be perfect, so if you do not get a call back as soon as you think you should do not hesitate to email either me at [email protected] or Maria at [email protected].
We will get back with you as soon as possible.
The courts are now closed for face-to-face hearings, but most hearings are able to be handled by phone or video depending on the courthouse. We have already had some phone hearings this past week and are working on our scheduled ones for the coming weeks.
We are still taking new clients in addition to answering questions for our existing ones. Our biggest challenge is signing and notarizing documents but for the most part we have that figured out too.
We are available to you during this challenging time period. This office has been able to help families through difficult economic times, the horrors of 9/11, and the Great Recession. We are still here to help families now. The best advice we can give you is STAY WELL!
